At Lexington ENT & Allergy, located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, we offer relief to patients suffering from chronic sinusitis, nasal congestion, sleep apnea, allergies and other ENT disorders. Otolaryngologist Alexa Lessow, MD provides patients in New York City comprehensive one-on-one care, treating the whole person, not just their symptoms.


Board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Lessow is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Rhinologic Society, The New York State Society of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. She is affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital and has received many awards, including the Patients’ Choice Award in 2013 and Vitals Compassionate Doctor Award in 2014.


After graduating from Weill Cornell School of Medicine in Manhattan, Dr. Lessow completed her general surgery internship at Lenox Hill Hospital and went on to complete her surgical training at New York University’s Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgery program. During residency, she was trained and operated at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital, New York University Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital, and the Manhattan VA hospital.

From nasal obstruction, sinus problems and allergies to hearing loss and sleep apnea, we at Lexington ENT & Allergy will help patients breathe, feel, and sleep better. In addition, Lexington ENT & Allergy offers in-office sinus and nasal procedures such as balloon sinuplasty for nasal obstruction and sinusitis, intranasal cryotherapy for those suffering from chronic rhinitis, and comprehensive allergy testing and immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis.
